Super clean rooms and great amenities. Very well located with easy access to transportation. Helpful staff who spoke English and provided excellent service.
Having to turn in the room key at the front desk every time I went out. Lack of signage on the first floor, making it difficult to find the elevators to the reception area.

The hotel is in a convenient location, just a stone's throw away from Nakano Train station and the Metro. It's perfect for exploring the city without any hassle or fuss. The rooms also offer a spectacular view of the surroundings, making the stay even more delightful.
